Six Elements of Transformation

A Transformation Programme focuses on the Six Elements of Transformation (SET). The SET is a high-level representation of how a function or department can best be organised to more efficiently and effectively deliver and execute on the business' strategy. It provides an End State model for a leading practice organisation or function which is a vital source for the organisation’s future growth. 
The SET covers all significant elements of business activity: Vision and Strategy, Processes, Products and Services, Organisation, Technology and People and works in conjunction with the Deployment Management and Programme Management Plans.

 

SET End State Model

Defining the End States of the SET elements. A detailed description of the desired future state - the transformed organisation.

Deployment Management

Defining and detailing the deployment (change and transformation) activities to manage the implementation of the SET End States.

Programme Management

Providing a management framework for execution and control, and how the objectives of the Transformation Programme (Project) are achieved.
