Coached Implementation

Our Implementation philosophy is that change is done with the organisation, not to the organisation. We work with internal experts  to shape and implement change using:
  • Qeysights results (where the organisation is now, where it needs to be, the expectations of teams and the pinpointed internal experts)
  • Fit-for-purpose application of proven Change/Transformation & Project/Programme Management Methodologies
  • Coaching leaders/managers/supervisors to implement tailored actions
  • Internal ownership of the implementation with supportive coaching and guidance is more sustainable, allows for a sense of achievement and the ability to give credit where credit is due

We work with experienced independent contractors, specialist consultancies and a recruiter to provide the right resources for the projects we develop and execute with clients.
